Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Stagetek LLC (“Stagetek”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Work we do for clients is covered by our written agreements with them.

Information you give us

• Quote and contact forms: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and any project details you write.
• Website check tool: the website address you enter.
• Email and phone: anything you send us or tell us directly.

Information collected automatically

• Server and security logs: your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. Our hosting and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site, record these for security and to keep the site running.
• Analytics: if Google Analytics is enabled on the site, it collects information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) using cookies. We use it only in aggregate to improve the site.
• Your settings: the accessibility options you choose and a note that you have seen the logo animation are stored in your own browser (local and session storage). They are not sent to us.

How we use information

• To reply to your request, prepare a quote and provide the services you ask for.
• To run the website check and show you the results. We keep a short log of checked addresses and IP addresses to prevent abuse.
• To keep the website secure and working, and to understand how it is used.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business and the website, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Brevo, which delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Cloudflare and our hosting provider, which host and protect the website.
• Google (Analytics, Maps, Fonts) and YouTube. Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. The office map on the contact page is a Google Maps embed.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies

This website does not set its own advertising cookies. Third-party services embedded on some pages (Google Maps, YouTube after you press play, and Google Analytics if enabled) may set cookies under their own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, normally no longer than three years unless you become a client. Website check logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and protected by Cloudflare. Access to submissions is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, including under Texas law, you may have additional rights; we will honour requests as the law requires and will not treat you differently for making one.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other sites

Our portfolio links to client websites and social networks. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
